Order Processing Time

Our order processing time is 2-3 business days (weekends and holidays may be extended). During this processing time, we will complete the picking, packing, and shipping arrangements. In the event of insufficient inventory or other unforeseen circumstances, we will proactively notify you by email and explain the next steps.



Delivery Time (Estimated)

Standard shipping is expected to arrive within 7-14 days (calculated from the date of shipment).

Most orders are delivered within this timeframe, but some remote areas, holiday peaks, or customs processing delays may extend delivery times.

Orders containing large or heavy items may be packaged separately or shipped in batches, resulting in different delivery times. We will provide detailed instructions at the time of shipment.
