By interacting with or conducting business with the Services and Websites in the manner described in this Privacy Policy from the date this Privacy Policy is updated, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and expressly consenting to its application to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information. How We Collect Information
a. Information You Provide
You may provide us with personal information directly when you:
- Order products through the Site;
- Register for an account, create a wish list, subscribe to a product catalog or email alerts;
- Respond to a survey, submit a review, enter a contest or sweepstakes, or register for and participate in a loyalty program;

b. Automatically Collected Information

- Embedded scripts: Programming code that collects information about user interactions on a website. These codes only function during your visit and are then disabled or deleted. Analytics tools and aggregated data: For example, Google Analytics, are used to analyze website usage, generate aggregate reports, and improve the service experience. Information collected by cookies (including IP addresses) will be transmitted to Google and Adobe in an aggregated manner; you can opt out by clicking the relevant links.
- Session replay tools: These tools are used to recreate user experiences and help identify and fix technical issues, such as broken links or inoperative functionality. The data collected by session replay does not include names, phone numbers, or email addresses, and the service provider is contractually bound not to use the data for other purposes.
- Chat technology: We provide a chat feature for customer consultations and may collect information such as emails and chat content. Chat recordings are used internally only and will not be sold, shared, or used for targeted advertising. If you do not consent to recording, please do not use the chat feature.
c. Information collected from third parties
We may obtain your information from third parties, including:
- Third-party websites: If you interact with us on social media or other third-party websites/applications, that website may provide us with your information. The use of collected information is subject to the terms and privacy policy of the third-party website, and you can control the sharing of information by adjusting the third-party's privacy settings.
- Data Brokers: We may obtain customer or prospective customer information through data brokers or address verification services to fulfill orders or requests, better analyze our business and customer experience, and optimize product promotions.
