What about shipping and returns?
We offer free standard shipping, with a processing time of 2-3 business days and an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and include all accessories. For more information, please see our Shipping and Return Policies.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email (help@evacush.com). If the order is still processing, we will do our best to assist, but modifications or cancellations may not always be successful. If the order has already shipped, please follow our returns process.
How long does it take for the order to ship after it is placed?
We will pick, pack, and ship the order within 2-3 business days of successful payment.
Do you offer free shipping?

What if the silk scarf I received has quality issues?
If the item I received has quality issues (damage, misdelivery, or significant color difference), please take a photo within 24 hours of receipt and provide the order number and detailed description to help@evacush.com. We will verify the details and process the issue according to our return and exchange policy.
How can I avoid misunderstandings caused by color difference?
Our product images are as realistic as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and monitor differences. Customers with particular color sensitivity can contact customer service for more photos or suggestions before placing an order.
