Request Process

Please contact us via email to request a return or exchange. The email must include the following information:

Order number and ordering name;

Contact number and delivery address;

Reason for return/exchange (brief description);

Name, quantity, color/size of the item being returned/exchanged;

Clear photos: including the product appearance, details of the problem, packaging, and tag.

We will respond within 2 business days and provide the return address and instructions. (Processing time may be extended during peak periods or holidays.)



Application Deadline

You must submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of receipt (starting from the date of receipt). Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. In special circumstances, please contact customer service.
